What Should You Question if The Room or Apartment
You can ask the person who shows the room (or apartment) just what you want. But there are some typical questions before rent you should ask. Here’s a checklist that you can print and take with you on tour.
The condition of the property:
-What is included in the purchase of the land? Are there any accessories or furniture included, if so, which?
-Has there ever been a burglary in the premises? What type of burglaries in this area.
-Are there any problems with the water, heat or electricity that I should be aware of?
-Are there any structural problems you should inform me of?
-Are there any construction work planned on the property, roads or nearby buildings?
-Where is the nearest public transport?
-Does it reveal any problems or reports about the neighbors?
Facts Questions that may help in the hearing:
-How many have looked at the room?
-How long has this property been on the market?
-How long will the property owner renting out the property?
-Why are rented room / apartment look like?
